1. Introduction to software function modules
[Functional Navigation] The functional navigation is the main software interface. In the functional navigation interface, you can quickly enter the functional management sub-modules such as personnel management, equipment management, access control management, record query, attendance management, user management, system configuration, and real-time events. The following will introduce each functional sub-module;
1.1. People Management
[Personnel Management] Module is the management of personnel information, face information, card information and other data, including department definition, adding, editing, deleting personnel, personnel departure, personnel transfer, face entry, IC card registration and other related operations. It is divided into three sub-modules: employee management, resignation personnel, and classified management.
1.1.1. Department Definition
Before entering the employee information, you need to define the department. The department list is represented by a tree structure. It supports the subordinate department structure and supports unlimited levels.
1.1.2. Staff Management
Employee management is the maintenance of employee information, including adding, deleting, changing, checking, transferring, leaving, etc. Employee data can be manually entered or read from ID cards or imported from Excel forms. If you need to read from ID cards, you need to connect with external identities. ID reader, the system supports most USB interface ID readers on the market. Staff information and staff profile photos all support batch import. You can also add staff quickly by swiping ID card or swiping card. As well as face photo entry, IC card number entry, sync face photo to face machine, etc.

There are two ways to enter personnel information, and select the corresponding department to enter or import employee information;
First select the department in the department list, and click the [Add] button in the toolbar. In the pop-up personnel information form, you can read the personnel information from the ID card manually or through the ID card reader.
(2) Import: import personnel information through Excel spreadsheet;
As shown in the figure below, click the [Import] button in the toolbar, click the [Import Personnel Data from Excel] menu, select the file to be imported in the [Data Import] form, and click the [Start Import] button.

1. Open the personnel details window and click [Face Photo]. There are four ways to enter a face photo: 1. Take a picture with a USB camera; 2. Select from a photo file; 3. Register from the device; 4. Import in batches. Choose your most convenient way to enter face photos.
2. Take a photo: The system supports taking photos with a USB camera. An external USB camera is required.
3. Select from files: You can use the camera or mobile phone to take photos and transfer them to the computer, then click Select from files to select your photos.
4. Slave device registration: To register from the device, first register the face machine in the device management and ensure that the face machine network connection is normal. In the above figure, click [Register from Device], and the window for selecting the face machine to register the device will appear. Select the corresponding face machine and click the [OK] button. At this time, the face machine interface enters the registration interface. According to the device prompt, stand at a distance more than one arm directly in front of the face machine, maintain a calm expression, face the face machine, and ensure the face Wait for registration in the middle of the screen;
5. Batch import: In the employee management form, click the [Import] button on the toolbar, click the [Import face photos from file] menu, select the directory where the face photos are stored in the import window, and select the corresponding face photo names Method, click [Import]. Face photo files need to be named by number or person's name or ID number. The photo format supports two formats: JPG and PNG. The file size should not exceed 300K.

If you need to identify the card, you can enter the corresponding IC card number for personnel. In the personnel information form, click the person to issue the card, click [Issue card] in the toolbar, and in the pop-up card form, enter the card number in the card number field or read the card number through the card issuer or facial machine, set the validity period, and press [OK] Finish issuing the card. The card number information can be synchronized to the face machine by uploading the selected user in the face management.

Face management is divided into downloading face data from the device to the computer, uploading face data from the computer to the device, and deleting face data from the device;
Upload face data from the computer to the device: Select the entire company or department in the department list, check the personnel in the personnel profile table, select the face machine under the device list, and click [Upload selected users] to sync the face photos to In the face machine, it can be identified on the face machine;
Uploading face data from the computer to the device: If software failure occurs due to a computer failure or other reasons and you need to reinstall the software, you can restore the face data by downloading the face data from the device to the computer function;
Deleting face data from the device: If you need to cancel the face on the face machine, you can use the delete face data function from the device.
1.1.3. Terminated personnel
Termination management can view the information of those who have left, and they can also reinstate or delete the personnel. After deletion, they cannot be recovered.
1.1.4. Classification Management
Classified management is the maintenance of data dictionaries such as ethnicity, education, grouping, position, type of departure, and technical level. Set the corresponding data in advance to facilitate the selection when entering personnel information.
1.2. Equipment Management
Device management is to maintain the facial machine equipment used by the system and set the device parameters. Generally, when the system is used for the first time, the first operation is to register all face machine devices in the system.
1.2.1. Adding Devices
The device number, device name, device type, terminal SN, IP address, port number, and communication password are required. If the input is incorrect, it will affect the interaction between the system and the device. The device number must be a number. The device name can be arbitrarily chosen. The device type can be selected as the offline version of DARL-SB-MB. The default model and port number can be used. The communication password is defaulted to 12345678. If you change the password on the device, then It must be the same as that saved on the device, otherwise communication cannot be performed.
1.2.2. Parameter configuration
The facial machine must be correctly configured with parameters, such as communication password, IP address, basic parameters, callback parameters, etc .; including network parameters, basic parameters, callback parameters, display parameters, etc. The callback parameters are related to whether the system can display people in real time. Face recognition records, so be sure to set the callback parameters correctly. When setting the callback parameters, you only need to change the IP address part of the default parameters to the IP address of your computer. Do not change the content of the front and back parts except the IP address. Remote operation can read the serial number of the device, restart the device remotely, reset the device, and open the door remotely.
1.3. Access Control Management
The access control management includes the access control period and the access control authority settings.
1.3.1. Access Control Period
A maximum of three time zones can be set for one access control period. The system has two built-in periods of 0 forbidden and 1 for allowed access. If necessary, more time periods can be added to achieve strict access control.
1.3.2. Access Control
The access authority can be set to allow people to access the facial machine. If no authority is set, it can be accessed for 24 hours. The setting method is: click [Assign by authority], click the department name to query the personnel list, check the personnel who need to set authority, check the device, select the corresponding time period, and click [Set].
1.4. Record query
Record query can query historical identification records and live pictures captured during identification, and can be compared with archival photos. Click the identified photos to view a larger image. You can search by department or personnel, time period and other conditions.
1.5. Attendance Management
Attendance management includes daily attendance management such as the definition of attendance shifts, department scheduling, staff re-signature cards, generation of personal attendance tables, department attendance statistics tables and so on.
1.5.1. Shifts / Schedules
Shift definition: Set attendance shifts according to the working hours of the unit. It supports up to three shifts a day, and sets the start check-in time and end check-in time, and the start check-out time and end check-out time of each shift, which are not within the time range. The identification records are not included in the attendance statistics.
Scheduling: Set the attendance shift corresponding to each department. The personnel in the department will perform attendance statistics according to the shifts set by the department.
1.5.2. Reissue Card
In the case of business trips and other circumstances that cannot sign in to the unit, you can use the supplementary card function to make up for registration, and the supplementary record is the same as the face recognition record as attendance statistics.
1.5.3. Personal Attendance Report
The personal attendance list includes a check-in list, a report of attendance hours and days, a monthly report of attendance hours, a monthly report of attendance hours, and a monthly report of attendance. Before querying the time sheet, you need to perform data analysis first. The data analysis is to analyze the statistics of the staff check-in data based on the attendance time period set by the staff department shift to generate an attendance report.
Sign-in details: query the sign-in time of each day;
Attendance hours and days report: query the attendance hours on a certain day;
Monthly report of attendance hours: query monthly attendance hours in the month by month;
Monthly report of attendance time: query monthly check-in and check-out time in the month by month;
Monthly Attendance Report: Query the current attendance of current friends by month. If there is an attendance, it will be displayed as √, if there is no attendance, it will be blank.
1.5.4. Department Attendance Statistics
Department attendance statistics include department attendance statistics, department attendance statistics daily reports, department attendance statistics monthly reports;
Department attendance statistics: query the attendance of a department on a certain day;
Department Attendance Statistics Day Report: Query the attendance numbers and total attendance hours, total workdays, average workdays, and average workdays of a department in a certain day;
Monthly report of department attendance statistics: query monthly attendance statistics of each department in the month by month;
1.6. User Management
User management includes role management and operator management. Different roles have different operation permissions. Adding multiple operators and assigning different roles can achieve multi-user management of the same system. Operators can only operate certain functions with permissions to ensure the system. Data security and stability.
1.6.1. Role Management
Different roles can set different permissions, and the permissions are broken down to the button level, including function permissions, department permissions, and device permissions.
1.6.2. User Management
Different users can be set to different roles or have multiple role identities, and it has the corresponding permissions for the roles to which they belong.
If you are a super administrator, you have all permissions regardless of role.
1.7. System Configuration
The system is configured with global system parameter settings, which can set whether the system starts up, whether to log in automatically, set the port number of the system service, identify the number of days to retain photos, and the strategy of automatic data analysis in the background. After setting the parameters, the software will take effect after restarting the software.
1.8. Real-time events
The real-time event can display the face recognition record and scene photos during recognition in real time, and the recognition data is saved to the computer in real time.
How to open the real-time event window: The real-time event window is collapsed by default. At the bottom of the main interface of the software, as shown below, you can click the [Expand / Collapse] button to show or hide the window, or click the [Maximize] button to open the window.
